Refund Policy for Enrose Tarot:

• To secure your tarot reading, full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Due to our high-demand schedule, we do not permit cancellations or rescheduling.

 

• Missed Appointments or Late Arrivals: If you miss your appointment without prior notice or arrive more than 5 minutes late, you will receive a 50% refund within 15 days, after deducting the 2% payment gateway fee and 18% GST, as these costs are non-refunded. The reading will not be conducted.

 

• Service Unavailable: A full refund, including all fees and taxes, will be issued if we are unable to provide the service.

 

• Inquiries: For refund requests or questions, contact [your email] within 7 days of the scheduled appointment.
